We use your information to process event registrations and payments, send confirmation emails and race day information, publish your race results (name, finish time, and position are public by default), improve our services and personalize your experience, send you relevant event recommendations and updates (with your consent), and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with event organizers only as necessary to fulfill your registration, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with service providers who assist in platform operations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Race results including name and finish time are publicly displayed on event results pages.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and we never store your full card details.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your profile settings. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. For requests to delete your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@paceside.sa. Note that race results are part of the public sporting record and may not be fully deletable.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies required for the platform to function cannot be disabled.
